- QWhat are your business hours?
- A.We regularly open from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 – 21:00 (Reception counter closes at 8:30). We will give you notice on NEWS page when business hours change.
- QDo I need to make an appointment to see a doctor?
- A.We accept patients without appointments. However the patient with appointment will be prioritized.
- QWhat time does the reception counter close?
- A.We regularly open from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 – 21:00 (Reception counter closes at 20:30). We will give you notice on NEWS page when business hours change.
- QI am not sure which specialist I should visit. Is it okay to visit TSIC??
- A.We are primary care clinic. Feel free to visit us if you have any concerns or questions regarding your health.
- QCan you issue a medical certificate and how long is the processing time?
- A.We can issue a medical certificate in most cases. (Contact us for more details) If you have a test result from other hospital and need a medical certificate,please bring the result with you. If you have a specific form of medical certificate, please send it to us via email before making an appointment with us. The estimated processing time is 1 week. We can issue a medical certificate for COVID-19 antigen test and PCR test as soon as we receive the test result.
- QCan I get a health checkup at TSIC?
- A.We provide health checkup services. However, we do not have X-ray machine. Please contact us for more details.
- QWhat kind of tests do you provide?
- A.Please see below for more details.
- QHow long does it take to get a test result?
- A.It takes about a week for blood test, and about 30min for rapid tests (such as flu and norovirus)
- QWhat kind of payments do you accept?
- A.We accept cash, credit card, E-money, QR code payments.
- QWhat is the process of online consultation?

- QCan I get a prescription without seeing a doctor?
- A.No, you cannot. You need to consult a doctor to get a prescription.
- QCan you deal with wound treatment?
- A.We can provide wound treatment, however, we cannot provide wound suture.
- QCan I see an ENT doctor?
- A.General practitioner examine you first. We will refer you to a specialist when specific treatment tools are required.
- QI want to see a specialist.
- A.We do not have specialists at TSIC. We will refer you to a specialist when it is needed. If you have a specific specialist you want to see, please let us know.
- QHow many languages do you support?
- A.English, Chinese, and Korean are always available. If you require other languages, please contact us in advance so that we can dispatch our staff.
